Information you choose to share
Our inquiry helper runs in your browser. The fields are not submitted to a website database. Selecting “Prepare email inquiry” asks your email application to open a draft. Your inquiry reaches our inbox only when you send that email. The copy button places your draft on your device’s clipboard only when you request it.
When you email us, your email provider and our email service process the message and its technical information. Share only the contact details and brief information needed to explain your inquiry. Please do not send sensitive health information, identity documents, private client details, or identifying information about other young people.
Technical information
The site is delivered through Cloudflare and our hosting infrastructure. Requests may generate technical records such as IP address, requested page, browser information, request time, and security events. These support delivery, troubleshooting, and protection against abuse. Fonts and illustrations are served from our own site.
The site does not use advertising trackers. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, it collects website usage and performance measurements. See Cloudflare’s Web Analytics information and Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details about its processing. Analytics should not receive inquiry field contents.
How inquiry information is used
Information sent to our organizational inbox is used to respond to the inquiry, coordinate requested next steps, and address safety, security, or legal obligations. Email and infrastructure providers process information as part of providing their services. Only send information you are comfortable sharing through ordinary email.
Inquiry records should be limited to what is needed to handle the request and applicable organizational or legal obligations. You may ask us about access, corrections, retention, or deletion by using the current contact details on our contact page. Whether a request can be fulfilled may depend on applicable obligations and the circumstances.
Young people and parents or guardians
The public inquiry helper is intended for people aged 13 or older and parents or guardians. Children under 13 should not enter personal information and should ask a parent or guardian to contact us. A checkbox alone is not a parental-consent process. Before a minor begins an individual service, the team must explain any required consent, appropriate guardian involvement, and service-specific privacy arrangements.
If you believe information about a child was shared inappropriately, use the current contact details on our contact page when available so the concern can be reviewed. Do not repeat sensitive information unnecessarily.
Confidentiality and security
Ordinary email is not a secure clinical channel. No online system can guarantee complete security. Confidentiality may be limited by safety concerns, legal requirements, or information necessary to respond to an inquiry. Please use an appropriate emergency or licensed professional service when needed.
