Under her leadership, Infinity has grown to serve more than 2,000 clients and members through a remote network of more than 200 part-time sales and outreach representatives and more than 200 consultants.
Meet our wider network ↗Why I founded Infinity Growth
In Hanning’s wordsSix years ago, I moved from Northeast China to New York City for middle school. At first, English felt like a wall between me and everything around me. I often struggled to understand my teachers, join conversations, or express what I wanted to say. I also had to adapt to a new culture, new friendships, and the challenges that come with growing up and trying to understand who you are.
I kept going. I attended English-as-a-second-language classes every week, practiced constantly, and gradually found my voice. Over time, I learned that support can completely change the way a young person experiences a difficult transition. I was fortunate to receive help when I needed it, and later I began volunteering to support other students and young people myself.
Those experiences made me notice how many teenagers struggle quietly with school pressure, relationships, confidence, cultural differences, identity, and personal growth. Often, what they need first is not a perfect answer, but someone who listens, encourages them, and helps them take the next step.
“I wanted to build the kind of supportive community I once needed.”
I founded Infinity Growth because I wanted to build the kind of supportive community I once needed—a place where young people can find guidance, practical tools, mentorship, and a sense that they do not have to handle every challenge alone. What started as a small idea has grown into a larger organization, but the purpose has remained the same: helping young people feel heard, supported, and more confident in building their own future.
